- For indoor use only
- LED strips cannot be bent more than 70 degrees; doing so will damage the strips.
- Dreamlight Plus 5 Pin can only extend 10 meters per output, for a total of 20 meters.
- RGBIC + warm and white Dreamlight only works in the programmed scenes and cannot be controlled manually.
- Please do not stick the LED strip on dusty walls, rough surfaces, frosted glass, knitted or wool fabric, and similar materials.
- Connection required: Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz router; it will not work on 5 GHz or 5G.
- For auto-switching routers: the 5 GHz connection must be disabled during setup; you may enable 5 GHz again after the connection has been established.
- Steady single-color light for the whole strip is also an option.
- Dreamlight Plus extension can only be used with Dreamlight Plus 5 Pin.

WHAT YOU NEED:

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Lasco products are covered by a three (3)-month limited warranty commencing from the date of delivery. This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing or factory defects.
RETURNS WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS
Should a defect be identified within the first seven (7) days from delivery, the item may be returned through Websites official return and refund process, in accordance with platform policies.
AFTER SEVEN (7) DAYS
After the initial seven (7)-day period, the customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from the Lasco Service Center.
Important Notice:
Lasco does not provide on-site product exchange or pickup services. Customers are required to personally bring or ship the product to the designated Service Center for evaluation, repair, or replacement.
Refunds and Replacements
Products that have already been refunded are no longer eligible for replacement.
To obtain the product again, the customer must place a new order at the prevailing market price.
PROPER USE REQUIREMENT
This warranty shall remain valid only if the product has been used strictly in accordance with the operating instructions and guidelines provided by Lasco.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
The following items are expressly excluded from warranty coverage:
– Adapters
– Batteries
– Remotes
– Other consumable or disposable components
CONDITIONS THAT VOID THE WARRANTY
The warranty shall be deemed null and void under any of the following circumstances:
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or any form of product modification.
- Malfunctions arising from incorrect wiring, improper installation, or voltage-related issues.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, fires, or storms.
- If the returned product, accessories, components, or packaging are damaged during return shipment, or if any required inclusions are missing or incomplete, refunds will not be processed.
