Can we control the WiFi device even if we are outside our house?
Yes, you can, as long as your phone has data and your device is connected to the WiFi router.
What is the difference between Bluetooth devices and WiFi?
Bluetooth devices do not connect to the WiFi router. Bluetooth devices can only be controlled when you are near the device. You can also schedule the Bluetooth device and make the schedule work even without the mobile phone in the area after the schedule is set. WiFi devices can be controlled even outside your house as long as your phone has data, and your device is connected to the WiFi.
How to reset and connect to the WiFi router?
For smart plugs and power strips, long-press the power button for more than 5 seconds to make it blink fast, then add the device in the app.
For smart bulbs, you need to turn on, off, on, off, on, off, and on to make it blink fast, then add the device in the app.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same Day Delivery (Lalamove Only):
- Same-day delivery cut-off: 12:00 noon on the same day.
- Bank payments must be verified by 12:00 noon on the same day to be eligible for same-day delivery.
- Delivery time for same-day delivery is between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Orders that do not meet the same-day delivery cut-off will be delivered on the following business day, excluding Sundays and holidays.
