Can we control the WiFi device even if we are outside our house?
Yes, you can, as long as your phone has data and your device is connected to the WiFi router.
What is the difference between Bluetooth devices and WiFi?
Bluetooth devices do not connect to the WiFi router. Bluetooth devices can only be controlled when you are near the device. You can also schedule the Bluetooth device and make the schedule work even without the mobile phone in the area after the schedule is set. WiFi devices can be controlled even outside your house as long as your phone has data, and your device is connected to the WiFi.
How to reset and connect to the WiFi router?
For smart plugs and power strips, long-press the power button for more than 5 seconds to make it blink fast, then add the device in the app.
For smart bulbs, you need to turn on, off, on, off, on, off, and on to make it blink fast, then add the device in the app.
Can it be controlled on/off even when you're not at home?
Yes, it can be controlled as long as it is connected to the internet, and your phone has mobile data.
Is this compatible with a manual AC without a remote?
Yes.
Can I use the hotspot feature of my Android mobile instead of a router? Or does it need internet to function properly?
It is recommended to use a router for better performance. Using a hotspot may not be stable, and the hotspot needs to be always on and on a different phone from the app.
Can it be used for appliances with a timer? Like setting the air conditioner for 3 hours and then having the electric fan turn on afterward?

Can the ground pin be removed?
No, it cannot be removed. The ground pin is for safety.
Can it be plugged directly into the breaker?
Yes, it can, as long as there is enough space for the plug and it is not against the wall.
Is it compatible with Alexa?

The power consumption is 14 Watts.
Will it work with Google Assistant and Alexa?

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same Day Delivery (Lalamove Only):
