  • If you don’t have a neutral line, you need to use and install the capacitor (included) between the two wires going in the bulb, the bulb should be connected to Line 1 of the switch.
  • Note: all your wiring should be in parallel wiring, Series wiring will not work.

WHAT YOU NEED:

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Lasco products are covered by a three (3)-month limited warranty commencing from the date of delivery. This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing or factory defects.

RETURNS WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS

Should a defect be identified within the first seven (7) days from delivery, the item may be returned through Websites official return and refund process, in accordance with platform policies.

AFTER SEVEN (7) DAYS

After the initial seven (7)-day period, the customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from the Lasco Service Center.

Important Notice:

Lasco does not provide on-site product exchange or pickup services. Customers are required to personally bring or ship the product to the designated Service Center for evaluation, repair, or replacement.

Refunds and Replacements

Products that have already been refunded are no longer eligible for replacement.

To obtain the product again, the customer must place a new order at the prevailing market price.

 

PROPER USE REQUIREMENT

This warranty shall remain valid only if the product has been used strictly in accordance with the operating instructions and guidelines provided by Lasco.

 

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY

The following items are expressly excluded from warranty coverage:

 

– Adapters

– Batteries

– Remotes

– Other consumable or disposable components

 

CONDITIONS THAT VOID THE WARRANTY

The warranty shall be deemed null and void under any of the following circumstances:

  1. Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or any form of product modification.
  2. Malfunctions arising from incorrect wiring, improper installation, or voltage-related issues.
  3. Damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, fires, or storms.
  4. If the returned product, accessories, components, or packaging are damaged during return shipment, or if any required inclusions are missing or incomplete, refunds will not be processed.
