  • For window or split-type air conditioners with a socket plug (0.5 to 2.5 HP).
  • Compatible with all manual dial window-type air conditioners. For digital control window-type and split-type air conditioners (0.5 to 2.5 HP), please read the details below:
  • Compatible with inverter or non-inverter units.
  • Compatible with U-shaped ground pins.
  • DO NOT USE WITH ANY ADAPTER OR EXTENSION.
  • PLUG DIRECTLY INTO THE WALL AIR CONDITIONER OUTLET.
  • If you are using circuit breakers, the air conditioner plug will not fit. You will need extension wiring and an additional wall socket for the air conditioner.
  • This device cannot control the settings of your air conditioner or other appliances; it can only control the input and output of electricity to your appliances.

 

AUTOSTART FEATURE: When the air conditioner is turned on to cool settings and you unplug the unit from the wall socket for 10 seconds, then plug it back in, the air conditioner should still run at the same settings. If your air conditioner is in standby mode after doing this or has different settings, it does not have an AutoStart feature.

REPOWER STATUS ON: If your air conditioner’s repower status is ON, it means that if the power goes out and then comes back on, and your air conditioner remains ON, you can use our smart air conditioner plug. For testing purposes, the power must be out for at least 5 seconds.

REPOWER STATUS OFF: If your air conditioner’s repower status is OFF, you can still use the plug to monitor your energy consumption and turn off your air conditioner, but you cannot turn it on. If the power returns and your air conditioner is OFF, you can still use the plug, but only to turn the unit OFF and monitor energy usage. It cannot be turned ON using the app or voice commands.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Lasco products are covered by a three (3)-month limited warranty commencing from the date of delivery. This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing or factory defects.

RETURNS WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS

Should a defect be identified within the first seven (7) days from delivery, the item may be returned through Websites official return and refund process, in accordance with platform policies.

AFTER SEVEN (7) DAYS

After the initial seven (7)-day period, the customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from the Lasco Service Center.

Important Notice:

Lasco does not provide on-site product exchange or pickup services. Customers are required to personally bring or ship the product to the designated Service Center for evaluation, repair, or replacement.

Refunds and Replacements

Products that have already been refunded are no longer eligible for replacement.

To obtain the product again, the customer must place a new order at the prevailing market price.

PROPER USE REQUIREMENT

This warranty shall remain valid only if the product has been used strictly in accordance with the operating instructions and guidelines provided by Lasco.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY

The following items are expressly excluded from warranty coverage:

– Adapters

– Batteries

– Remotes

– Other consumable or disposable components

CONDITIONS THAT VOID THE WARRANTY

The warranty shall be deemed null and void under any of the following circumstances:

  1. Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or any form of product modification.
  2. Malfunctions arising from incorrect wiring, improper installation, or voltage-related issues.
  3. Damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, fires, or storms.
  4. If the returned product, accessories, components, or packaging are damaged during return shipment, or if any required inclusions are missing or incomplete, refunds will not be processed.
