  • This is a Bluetooth bulb only and not a Wi-Fi bulb. It will not work with Alexa, Google Home, or Siri Shortcuts.
  • It can only be controlled through Bluetooth on your mobile app.
  • Wi-Fi or mobile data is needed only for installation. After installing, Wi-Fi or data is not required to control the Bluetooth bulb.
  • It can only be controlled within 10 meters in open space (without walls) from your mobile phone to the Bluetooth bulb.
  • You can group bulbs in the app. Make sure to group them together in one room only.
  • If you are in a different room and Bluetooth from the phone cannot reach the other bulbs in the group, the other bulbs will not respond.
  • The music mode does not emit sound. You will need to use the microphone on your mobile phone to interact with the sounds it receives to change the colors of the bulb.
  • Group bulbs in the app: Make sure to group them together in one room within a 10-meter range from the phone.
  • If you are in a different room and are using Bluetooth mode and cannot reach the other bulbs in the group, the other bulbs will not respond.
  • Alexa, Google, and Siri Shortcuts are not compatible. (To possibly make it compatible, you need to acquire a Lasco USB Bluetooth Gateway, available at our selected stores). This will enable control through Wi-Fi.

WHAT DO I NEED (FOR BLUETOOTH ONLY):

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Lasco products are covered by a three (3)-month limited warranty commencing from the date of delivery. This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing or factory defects.

RETURNS WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS

Should a defect be identified within the first seven (7) days from delivery, the item may be returned through Websites official return and refund process, in accordance with platform policies.

AFTER SEVEN (7) DAYS

After the initial seven (7)-day period, the customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from the Lasco Service Center.

Important Notice:

Lasco does not provide on-site product exchange or pickup services. Customers are required to personally bring or ship the product to the designated Service Center for evaluation, repair, or replacement.

Refunds and Replacements

Products that have already been refunded are no longer eligible for replacement.

To obtain the product again, the customer must place a new order at the prevailing market price.

PROPER USE REQUIREMENT

This warranty shall remain valid only if the product has been used strictly in accordance with the operating instructions and guidelines provided by Lasco.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY

The following items are expressly excluded from warranty coverage:

– Adapters

– Batteries

– Remotes

– Other consumable or disposable components

CONDITIONS THAT VOID THE WARRANTY

The warranty shall be deemed null and void under any of the following circumstances:

  1. Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or any form of product modification.
  2. Malfunctions arising from incorrect wiring, improper installation, or voltage-related issues.
  3. Damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, fires, or storms.
  4. If the returned product, accessories, components, or packaging are damaged during return shipment, or if any required inclusions are missing or incomplete, refunds will not be processed.
